Trick or Treat 09'

Jake's pre-Halloween shirt
Grandma Debbie bought Jake a cookie from the mall and this is the result:)
Then we ran into our old nanny and her daughter and Jake was in love with her and said her name "Gabby" right of the bat.

Our little cowboy:)

Jakey arresting the bad guy!!!

This was our group of trick or treaters we hung out with and as you can tell Jake was so scared when the boys put their masks on.

Jakey trick or treating without the help of mommy or daddy. Our little boy is getting so big:(

His first stop for candy all by himself...

And a cute picture to part with:)

Things to share...

We took the boat out once again, but this time it was freezing!!! I took a cute pic of my dad (papa) and Jake and wanted to share.
Then great grandma Marion and great grandpa Steve came to visit and we got to spend lots of time with them.

While we were at grandpa Brent and grandma Debbie's house we decided to all take a walk to a farm about half a mile from their house. They have giraffes, zebras, cows, chickens, horses, donkeys and goats!!!

Another Cali Trip...

My good friend Kari is going to be having a baby girl on Christmas Eve and her shower was two weeks ago in Cali. Scott couldn't get the weekend off, so Jakey and I went by ourselves. We took Jake to the mall/playground and I decided to try out the baby leash that we
have had since he was born. I am a little embarrassed to use it, seeing as it looks like my child is a dog on a leash. But he had a blast wearing it and a little freedom not being locked up in the stroller. Plus he looked adorable too:)

This was Jake after 15 minutes of driving in the car on our way home. He was a tuckered out little boy, he slept almost four hours straight!!!

Also while we were down there, my girlfriends and I took Jake to his first Pumpkin Patch. He had a lot of fun, but the one issue we had was that he wanted to ride EVERYTHING and unfortunately he was too small and they wouldn't let me go with him.

Jake posing for a picture, but not wanting to touch the hay...

Then we went to the petting zoo and he wanted to climb in the cage with the baby piggies.

Jakey with the chickens...He's saying bock, bock, bock:)

Jakey petting the goat... I swear these animals must've been on prozac or something, they just mozied around while all these little kids touched them.

Then we finally found a ride that would let me go on with him and he loved it!!! I couldn't get him off:)

And the last "ride" that Jake could go on himself. He was a little hesitant at first but once he saw that I wasn't going to leave him, he had fun.

A visit from Christian, Katie and Dylan...

We were finally able to get Dylan and Jake together and they were so cute together and had so much fun. We of course took them out on our boat and we had a great time.

An oreo faced Dylan:) Christian-pro wakeboarder. Look at how much air he got!!!

Katie even tried wakeboarding and was able to get up on her first try

The boys being cute again!!!

Scott, Ben and Josh tubing...They weren't this sweet to each other, they were attempting to throw one another off after we got going.

Then the sun was down and the gas was low, so we decided to head back. Unfortunately we didn't make it and ran out of gas about a mile from our destination. So Scott, Steph, Ben and Josh were at the back of the boat swimming/pushing, while Christian was steering in the front with one paddle and Katie and I were trying to keep the boys happy. After about forty five minutes of this, we luckily saw a boat that towed us back to the dock because we weren't going to make it before bedtime.
